1 year Diploma in Computer Applications
Should be registered as Pharmacist with U.T. Chandigarh Pharmcy Council

Other Information

Age Limit: Up to 60 years

Criterion of Selection:

Written Test: 90 Marks
Experience: 10 marks for the candidates who work in COVID-19 btw. 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2022 in GMCH-32 OR GMSH-16, Chd & its allied health facilties. these candidates will be given marks as follows:

Worked for more than 6 months: 10 Marks
Worked for 3 months to 6 months: 05 marks
Worked for Less than 3 months: 00 marks

These posts are on contract basis up to 31.03.2023 but extendable upon performance of particular applicants.

Applicants should submit their Bio-Data on Application Format along with self-attested photocopies of certificates and also 1 passport size recent photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer to the above mentioned address.
Incomplete Application will not be entertained
The claim of SC/OBC categories will be considered only when they accompanied by the category certificate
The Mission Director, NHM reserves the right to increase and decrease the no. of vacancies.
