Age: Maximum age be 65 years

Type and Period of Assignment:

1. Full – time purely contractual
2. Starting for a period of 03 years from the date of joining or till the attaining the age of 68 years whichever is earlier.

Pay Scale:

1. BALLB/ LLB with 5 – 10 years of experience in teaching/ research/ law practice after enrolment as Advocate = Rs. 60,000/- (sixty thousand only)
2. BALLB/ LLB with above 10 years of experience OR candidates having BALLB/ LLB with LLM/ Ph.D degree along with above 3 years experience, in teaching/ research/ law practice after enrolment as Advocate =
   Rs. 65,000/- (sixty five thousand only).
3. Annual increase of 4.8% on consolidated remuneration.
4.  Rs. 500/- per month as mobile allowance.
5. TA/DA as per MGSIPA rules for outstation visits.

Job Profile:

The Consultant (Law) will be responsible for the following:

1. Training Need Analysis
2.  Preparation of training modules, reading/study material, presentations, project proposals/ reports etc. in the CSL
3.  Corresponding and liaising with various persons in private/ public organisations with regard to MGSIPA’s research, training and consultancy assignments;
4. Organisation various training programmers/ seminars/ workshops etc. at MGSIPA’s Campus in Chandigarh as well as at field level, as per requirement, and looking after miscellaneous work relating to these activities;
5.  Any other duty assigned by the organisation from time to time
