1. The selection criteria for recruitment of NHM Staff & conditions can be collected from the office between 10:00 to 4:00 p.m. on any working day.
2. The posts of all categories are likely to be increased or decreased.
3. Age limit as per NHM Guidelines for the above posts.
4. Post of reserve category will be filled up as per the Haryana Government policy
5. Remuneration and Qualification of the above posts are as per the Service Bye-Laws of the contractual employees of State Health Mission Haryana 2018.
6. Minimum 40% marks are mandatory to qualify for the written examination & computer test each
7. The Proficiency Test/ Computer test will be held from Sr. No. 1 to 16 as given above.
8. For Sr. 1 to 3 the applicant will specify the place of Posting must at the top of the application form. All candidates should reach atb 10:00 a.m. at Civil Surgeon Office, Rewari on the day of the written test/ Interview.
9. Applicants should apply on the prescribed application form available in the office of DH&FWS Rewari.
10. Application filled and complete in all respect should submit in the office of Civil Surgeon Rewari by the last date.
