Job Position : Various Posts of Secialist Officer

VICE PRESIDENT (Company Secretary)

Total No. Of Posts : 1

Salary : Rs.24 lac per annum

Age Limit : 18 – 45 years

Qualification : Additional degree in Law, CA, MBA (Finance) from reputed Inst.

Experience : Min 7 years exp. in public sector bank or public limited company.

VICE PRESIDENT (HR)

Total No. Of Posts : 1

Salary : Rs.18 lac per annum

Age Limit : 18 – 40 years

Qualification : MBA (HR) from reputed University/Inst.

Experience : Min 7 years exp. in handling HR in reputed IT company

Technology Architect (TA)

Total No. Of Posts : 2

Salary : Rs.18 lac per annum

Age Limit : 18 – 40 years

Qualification : B.E/B.tech/MCA/M.sc in CS, IT, ECE from reputed Inst.

Experience : Min 10 years exp. in IT company (min 3 years in HW/applications)

VICE PRESIDENT (Project mgmt)

Total No. Of Posts : 2

Salary : Rs.18 lac per annum

Age Limit : 18 – 40 years

Qualification : B.E/B.tech/MCA/M.sc in CS, IT, ECE from reputed Inst.

Experience : Min 7 years exp. in leadership in project mgmt.

VICE PRESIDENT (COA)

(Credit & operations analytics)

Total No. Of Posts : 1

Salary : Rs.18 lac per annum

Age Limit : 18 – 40 years

Qualification : Master Degree in Operation Research, Statistics, Economics from reputed Inst.

Experience : Min 5 years exp. in leadership & 3 exp. in analytical modeling.

VICE PRESIDENT (CRM)

(Customer Relationship Mgmt)

Total No. Of Posts : 1

Salary : Rs.18 lac per annum

Age Limit : 18 – 40 years

Qualification : Master Degree in Operation Research, Statistics, Economics from reputed Inst.

Experience : Min 5 years exp. in leadership & 3 exp. in analytical modeling.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be shortlisted by bank acc. to their academic qualifications, experience or their suitability for the post. Then shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview on the basis of which final merit list made.
