Punjab State Govt has released notification for PSTET Exam 2018-19 that is conducted by Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) to recruit teachers post. All eligible candidates should have to apply for PSTET-I, PSTET-II

Exam Name : PSTET (Punjab TET)

Required Qualification : Post wise qualification requirement given below.

Exam Name	Post Name	Eligibility Criteria
PSTET -I	Teachers (Class I -V)	12th Standard or equivalent Must passed or appearing in final year of (2 yr Diploma or 4 yr Degree) in Elementary Education
PSTET -II	Teachers (Class VI – VIII)	Graduation or equivalent Must passed or appearing in 1 yr B.Ed or final year of (2 yr Diploma or 4 yr Degree) in Elementary Education

Application Fee : Only online mode of payment is available

• For Gen/OBC category – Rs.600 for each exam (PSTET-I or II).
• For SC/ST category – Rs.300 for each exam.
• For Ex-Serviceman (self) – No Fee

• Paper-I is only for those who intends to be teacher (Class I-V)
• Paper-II only for teachers (Class VI-VIII).
• Exam Contain 150 MCQ questions of 1 mark each.
• Qualifying Marks for General 90/150 (60%).
• Qualifying Marks for Other categories 82/150 (55%).
