Qualification
State Program Manager (F&M):
- Post Graduation in Commerce/CA with 1 Division
- Having 7 (Seven) years of Post Qualification experience in Accounts, Finance and Auditing in well known Government or public sector organization
- Proficiency in Finalization of Accounts, TDS, GST-TDS, Punjab Development Tax & Society Income Tax Return, PFMS, Knowledge of Treasury, AG Planning & Finance Department Works, knowledge of tally and other accounting software
- The candidate should have good communication skill in English. Punjabi & Hindi. Proficiency in MS office in must.
- Candidate Should have passed Punjabi language at Matric Level.
State Program Manager (Non Farm):
- Post-Graduation in Business Administration/ Management/Social Work/ Sociology/ Economics/Rural Development with 1st Division.
- Should have strong numeracy and business skills
- Min. 7 years post qualification experience at middle /senior management level of working in poverty reduction programs, rural enterprise promotion and livelihood promotion
- Candidate should possess sound understanding of Business Farm knowledge and program management skills with experience counted in terms of ability to navigate procurement of partners, managing partnership with them and leading a dispersed team of experienced professional/experts along with the experience of working for developing market linkages.
- Candidate Should have passed Punjabi language at Matric Level.
State Program Manager (HR):
- Post Graduate in Management-HR/IR/PR with 1* Division.
- 7 (Seven) years experience is desirable in Conducting training program and capacity building events in Social/ Community/ Livelihood development programs funded by external agency or Livelihoods Government.
- Candidate having experience in the field of procurement/ Financial Management/ in the programs of Central Govt./ State Govt./ World Bank/ UNDP/ Banks/ extremely aided projects of State/ Central Government will be given preference.
- Worked as HR Manager/HR executive in corporate sector with proven experience of recruitment, Procurement and capacity building of staff shall also be considered.
- Candidate Should have passed Punjabi language at Matric Level.
