• NET/GATE qualified Rs.16000/- for Initial 2 years and Rs.18000/- for 3rd year.
• Non-GATE/Non-NET Rs.14000/- pm for initial 2 years and Rs.16000/- Pm for third year.

Qualification : M.Sc with physics with 55% marks for general category.

(50% for SC/ST/PH) with enter a valid GATE score/NET/JEST/cleared the Punjab University Ph.D entrance Test.

Age Limit : Maximum 40 years. Age relaxation is provided for per govt policy.
