Education Qualification :

• For Head Constable : Candidate must passed 12th standard from recognized board.
• For ASI : Must passed BE/B.Tech or any Graduation Degree in Computer/IT or equivalent.
• For Other Constables : Must passed 8th Standard from recognized Board.

Age Requirement : Candidate’s age should be 18 – 25 years as on 01.08.2017. Age relaxation is also provided for various categories.

Physical Requirement : Physical criteria For Male & Female both

Physical Criteria For Male Candidates :

• Height – minimum 168 cm Gen/OBC and 160 cm for others
• Chest : 81 cm without stretch and 86 with stretch (For Gen/OBC)
• Chest : 76 cm without stretch and 81 with stretch (for others)

Physical Criteria For Female Candidates :

• Height – minimum 158 cm for all categories

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in following. Minimum Qualifying Marks in Written Exam – 50 for General and 40 for SC/ST/BC.
