Eligibility Criteria

Post Name	Educational Qualification
District Functional Manager (IBCB)	Post Graduation in (Rural development/ Mgmt/ Business Adm./ Agri Business Mgmt/ Social work. Sociology/ Agriculture) Having 3 years relevant experience Passed Punjabi up to 10th Standard.
District Functional Manager (Financial Inclusion)	Post Graduation in Finance or MBA or Master in (Economics/ Commerce) Having 3 years relevant experience Passed Punjabi up to 10th Standard.
Cluster Coordinator	Minimum Graduation required (Post Graduation Degree or Diploma preferable) Must passed 12th from within community. Fresh candidates can apply but experienced candidates would preferred
District Accountant	Graduation (in commerce would preferable). Must proficient in Data Entry work & have worked with other computer operations/software MS office etc. Min 2 years experience required Passed Punjabi up to 10th Standard.
District MIS Manager	Graduation (BCA/ MCA/ BE (CS/IT) or Commerce). Typing speed 30 wpm in English & Punjabi both Must proficient in Data Entry work & have worked with other computer operations/software MS office etc. Min 3 years experience required Passed Punjabi up to 10th Standard.

Age Limit : 18 -55 years for all (62 years for retired persons)

Selection Procedure

Only Shortlisted candidates will called for Written exam, Typing test and Interview.
