Job Position : Constable in Chandigarh Police

Total No. of Vacancies : 520

• Male – 193 (Gen-106, OBC-52, SC-35)
• Female – 260 (Gen-143, OBC-70, SC-47)
• Ex-Servicemen – 67 (Gen-37, OBC-18, SC-12)

Job Location : Chandigarh

Salary : Selected candidates will be paid Rs. 10,300 – 34,800 with grade pay of Rs.3200 + allowances.

Required Qualification : Candidate must passed Higher Secondary (12th standard) or equivalent qualification from recognized or reputed inst. They also possess all original certificates & Driving License.

Physical Measurement : Height – 170 cm (Male), 157.5 cm (Female) | Chest 84-88 cm (only for Male).

Age Requirement : Candidates age should be between 18 – 25 years. Upper Age limit for OBC category 28 years &  for SC category 30 years. For more details, check official notification.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Physical Efficiency & Measurement Test followed by Written Examination that should be held in Feb 2016 in Chandigarh. For more info check notification on official website (given below).
