Eligible minority candidates apply online through National Scheme Portal.

• Pre-Metric Scholarship is applicable only for student of 1st – 10th Standard.
• Scholarship is only given to those students who scored minimum 50% Marks in previous final exams.
• Applicable only for National Minorities (Muslims, Christians, Buddhist, Sikh, Jain).
• Annual Income of Parents/Guardians from all sources should not exceeding 1 lac (Rs. 1,00,000).
• No backlogs (repeat) in their subsequent class final exams.
• If any student is already possessing any other scholarship scheme, then he/she will not eligible to apply for this. (1 scholarship/1 student).
• Comments below for any query.

• 30% Scholarship quota is reserved for Girls students in every category. If in case, girls students not fulfill this quota, remaining scholarships are also given to male candidates.
• Candidate is apply for scholarship under their state quota only.
• Candidate only apply for State Quota of that state from which he/she belongs (doesn’t matter in which state they doing their study)

• Total 2587 scholarships has to fill for Chandigarh (UT) under the central scholarship scheme 2018-19.
• Student must confirmed their admission in any one of the Govt or Private School/Institution registered with this scheme.
